We want the submission process to feel professional and understandable from the beginning.
Send the project information first. There is no fee for the initial fit review and no rights are transferred by submitting.
If the project appears aligned, Rosewell may request sample pages, a proposal, or the complete manuscript by email or secure upload.
If professional editorial work is appropriate, Rosewell will explain the recommended level of editing and provide a written quote before paid work begins.
Any publishing or production relationship must clearly state scope, fees, rights, responsibilities, royalties when applicable, and timeline before work starts.
Rosewell currently welcomes English-language fiction, horror, romance, memoir, self-help, history, business, inspirational, and general nonfiction projects. A complete manuscript is preferred for fiction; strong proposals may be considered for appropriate nonfiction. A typical preferred range is approximately 25,000–120,000 words, with exceptions considered case by case.
We do not knowingly accept plagiarized or infringing material, unauthorized fan fiction, content whose publication rights are unclear, or fully AI-generated manuscripts presented as human-authored work. Authors remain responsible for the originality, accuracy, permissions, and legality of submitted material.
We aim to acknowledge and review initial project-fit submissions within 2–4 weeks. This is a target, not a guarantee. Submission does not promise publication, sales, representation, or acceptance.
