This static website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. The Rosewell entrance and Home navigation are handled through normal page URLs rather than tracking cookies or persistent browser storage. Third-party services added later may collect information according to their own privacy terms.

Forms and submissions

The contact and manuscript submission forms on this website are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit a form, the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, and message or manuscript details) is sent through Web3Forms to Rosewell Editions' inbox. Web3Forms processes this data solely to deliver your submission and does not appear to Rosewell as a marketing list or analytics provider. Payments

When Rosewell Editions begins selling books directly through this website, payments will be processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and processes the payment and billing information necessary to complete your purchase (such as card details, billing address, and email); Rosewell does not store your full card number. Review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for details. This section will be expanded with order, shipping, and refund-specific data practices once direct sales are active.

Your work

Submitting a manuscript through the website does not itself transfer copyright or ownership. Any rights arrangement should be governed by a separate written agreement.

This policy should be updated when the site’s actual tools and data practices change.

Accounts, manuscript inquiries, and orders

If you create a Rosewell account, submit a manuscript inquiry, contact us, or make a direct purchase, we may store the information necessary to provide that service, maintain records, prevent abuse, and respond to you. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes rather than readable passwords.

Payment processing

When direct sales are activated, card information will be collected and processed by our payment provider rather than stored by Rosewell Editions. Rosewell may receive transaction identifiers, contact information, shipping details, payment status, and order totals needed to fulfill and support an order.

Email and service providers

Rosewell may use third-party hosting, email-delivery, payment, security, and infrastructure providers to operate this site. We aim to share only the information reasonably necessary for those services.
