Submissions
Submitting information or a manuscript does not guarantee publication, create an author-publisher relationship, or form a contract. A publishing relationship should only begin through a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
Availability
Services, timelines, distribution options, and project acceptance may vary by manuscript and should be confirmed in writing.

These website terms may be updated as Rosewell’s services and website features evolve.

Account access is provided for convenience and may be suspended for misuse, security concerns, or unlawful activity. Keep your sign-in credentials private.
Direct book sales
When Rosewell activates direct sales, each available title will display its actual format, price, availability, and applicable shipping information before checkout. Payment is not complete until the payment provider confirms the transaction. Shipping, refund, cancellation, tax, and fulfillment terms should be reviewed and finalized before the first public sale.
Administrative content
Catalog listings, manuscript statuses, and editorial notes shown through Rosewell's private tools are operational information and may be corrected when necessary. A manuscript status does not create a publishing agreement; only a separate written agreement can do so.
